This has been my go to smoothie recipe for years! Anytime I try a different smoothie I wish I just made this one - I share it all the time on my Instagram so I wanted to share it here!
I think that the protein I use really makes a difference in the flavor of the smoothie! I love the Vanilla Vega Made Simple for the taste and the ingredients - it has a lot of flavor and is sweetened with cane sugar so it doesn't have a funny after taste like many proteins do, in my opinion. It's also light on my stomach which is a priority for me. Target sometimes has great sales on this product too and some grocery stores even carry it!
Recipe
1 Banana - I use fresh but you can use frozen if you prefer that texture
3/4 cup Frozen Blueberries
1.5 TBS Peanut Butter
1 Serving of Vanilla Protein
About 1 cup of (your favorite kind) Milk
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Blend until smooth - I love to top mine with granola and honey!
